ORDER DETAILS AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SECURITY, DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY
When placing an order through our website your details are passed through a secure server connection, this ensures the absolute security of your personal information. The secure server encrypts your details making it virtually impossible for anyone to intercept your information from the order.

We hold all personal information securely, under the terms and conditions of the UK Data Protection Act. All information is for our own use, we never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.


ORDER ON THE WEB
We accept payment by Visa , Mastercard, Switch, Solo, via our secure server. You will receive a confirmation of your order along with the amount to be debited.

ORDER BY PHONE
Call us with your order at  01874 638091  between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Saturday.
We will be glad to answer your questions or help with your order.

You can print out and post your order along with a cheque to us at

Remember to include your contact details in case we need to contact you.  Please allow 5 extra days for the cheque to clear.

14 DAYS APPROVAL
Buy in confidence: we offer full 14 days approval on any item purchased from our web site. We will supply a full refund (less postage) on any item returned to us in good condition along with its original packaging within a 14 day period. Alternatively you may simply exchange the item.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND COMPLAINTS
Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective materials or poor workmanship should be returned for inspection immediately. Under no circumstances should items be continued to be used when damaged as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. If necessary the item may be returned to the manufacturer for testing. Postage fees will be reimbursed for justified damages.

CANCELLED ORDERS
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible, as in-stock items are usually despatched within 24 hours.  If your item has already been sent, simply send it back to us as soon as you receive it and we will refund your order, less postage costs.

DELIVERY
If goods are in stock, dispatch is the next day, but under exceptional circumstances or demand please allow up to 28 days.
If items are out of stock or delayed we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible with an expected delivery date.

OVERSEAS ORDERS
Please complete the order as normal. We will then work out the shipping charge at cost. VAT will be deducted on all orders to non EC countries.
We will inform you of any extra charges of shipping to your destination by e-mail and ask you to confirm the order by reply

Postage is charged at postal rate. VAT will be calculated and removed when you submit your order.

PRICE CHANGES AND VAT
Whilst every effort is made to maintain the prices quoted on this website, this is not always possible. We reserve the right therefore to discontinue any item from this list and change prices as and when necessary. Prices shown include VAT where applicable.

ZERO-RATED PURCHASES TO BFPO ADDRESSES
We can zero-rate the VAT for purchases that are being sent to qualifying BFPO addresses.  Please contact us by email immediately upon placing your order, stating that you wish the VAT to be deducted.  You may be required to fill out appropriate paperwork to prove qualification.  We can advise on this when you contact us.

SIZE
Unless otherwise states all measurements are in cm. Cloth and shoe sizes are in UK sizes.
